I love that digital is a constant improvement process. There are always opportunities to improve a client's results, and so many ways you can gain leverage. The ability to be agile, transparent and accountable makes digital a really exciting and challenging space to work in. I also love mentoring my team, and being in a position to work with some of the smartest people I know. They inspire me every day.
